Hello everyone!
I took a short break, but I'm back with the last few instalments of the Holiday Catalogue Sneak Peek week! And do you know what the best part is? The NEW Holiday Catalogue goes live TOMORROW!!
I'm so excited I could burst. So, let me show you one of my new favourites. Typically I don't tend to by kits, but what I love about this one is that it's SO customizable.
These two cards were made using the Merry Little Christmas Simply Created Card Kit! It comes with enough supplies to make 8 beautiful cards - and it can be bundled with the Merry Little Christmas stamp set to save you 15%.
Lets check out some of the features. First up is my favourite part - envelope sleeves! These sweet pre-cut sleeves fit right inside envelopes to make a lovely little liner. The envelopes are supplied in the kit as well!
You can use these envelope liners for the envelopes themselves, or trim them down and use it as a panel for your card (card #1 above). I've only made these two cards so far with the kit, but my mind is racing with tons of possibilities (this kit would make a GREAT kit class as well!).
The stamp set on my first card is the oh-so-fun Wishing You stamp set. The stacked presents look great stamped in one colour, or for something a little extra, stamp them in a variety of colours, cut them out and then pop them up on dimensionals!
For my second card, I stayed more true to the "suggested" design, only changing up the stamp set. I don't know what it is, but I have this thing for these sketch-style Santas! This lovely bundle of merriment comes from the Santa's List stamp set, and is the perfect size for the banner element of these kit cards.
This kit features some really super Christmas colour; Real Red, Gumball Green and Coastal Cabana. I love that there is a nice blue thrown in there for a modern touch.
Come on back tomorrow, I'll be sharing another Thanksgiving card and revealing the new catty in all it's glory! :)
Thanks for stopping by today!
-Tara
