Monster Madness for Colour Me...!

Good morning and welcome to mid-week (hurray!). My mom is coming this weekend for her birthday, and I can't wait to see her!

It's my favourite week at Colour Me...! - Monochromatic week. We are use Tangelo Twist.


I recently went to a local craft store and couldn't leave without these sweet little monsters from Taylored Expressions.

I started making this card by stamping/colouring the little monsters. I ended up redoing the one on the left, as I felt like he looked like he had chicken pox, but I didn't take a new photo. Once the monster's were coloured, I filled in their eyes with Crystal Effects to give them a bit of shine and sparkle. 

The fun circle background was created with a template and some Texture Paste from Ranger.  I mixed the white paste with some Tangelo Twist ink to give it some fun colour.

    I can really see why you needed to bring those monsters home with you. They are truly heart stealers, and even more so that they are so perfectly colored. I really love that bright dotted background you created as well.
