This card was made for the owner/President of the company that started my professional career. He'll be retiring at the end of the month.
To fill the Soda Pop Top I used the 1/2" circle punch to punch out the wheel/spokes from one of the bicycles. The frame around the sentiment was done by cropping the Decorative Label punch. The background of the card was give some texture (almost like corduroy!) by using the Simply Scored scoring tool and scored at every 1/8".
Here's the sketch this week:
Head on over to Sunday Stamps and check out what the rest of the design team has created! As usual, we'd love to see you playing along.
In other news - I've been working on changing up my blog design for months now, and I think I'm almost ready to take the plunge and switch over. Maybe next time you stop by for a visit you won't even recognize it ;)
